It may happen that a product is not working properly or you have ordered something wrong by mistake ...

So we would like to resolve it as soon as possible.

For all warranty requests, we use the following terms:

  • Missing or damaged items must be reported within 8 days after sending your package (this does not apply to items with a manufacturer's warranty)
  • Your request is not final until approved by our team.
  • It is not allowed to return items without consultation.
  • If you return items we kindly ask you, to avoid any misunderstandings, to mention your account number, invoice number and corresponding article number(s)
  • For items with a manufacturer's warranty you need to contact our team.
