Order Upload File
We offer an additional ordering option for retailers.

In this CSV file you can find our product references and the reference number or the barcode of the items.

You can ' upload ' this from our system, so you can probably save time.

Stock
We do our best keep our stock transparent and clear.
The current stock is mentioned with the articles on our website.
Please notice that there can always be a small difference in the stock mentioned on our website and the current stock.

Order Processing
After you have placed your order in our web shop, you will receive a automatic confirmation from our system .

After a number of administrative procedures and payment check your order will be prepared in our warehouse and shipped as soon as possible.

You can follow this process in the web shop, at 'Order History'

As long as your order has not been processed by our administration, you can always change your order by clicking on the " red pen ".

Back orders
We do not send back orders .
Items that are not available stay in your shopping basket.
When this particular product has arrived you will automatically receive an email message . You can then decide if you want to place an (additional) order.

Shipment
When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email message with a track and trace number.
When you click on this track and trace number you will be redirected to the website of the DPD, where you can follow your order.
