Where can I buy products from Kippers Hobby as an individual?

KippersHobby is a hobby wholesaler that supplies exclusively to retailers.
Do you have your own shop, online shop or are you toying with the thought of starting a shop ?
If so, we would like to offer you our services, become a customer without obligation.
We refer consumers to outlets.

When will my order be dispatched?

We do our utmost to get your order ready for shipment within 24 to 48 hours. (excluding weekends and public holidays) 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a track&trace code by e-mail as soon as your order is offered to the carrier. This allows you to track the delivery of your order.

How do I access purchase prices?

You can create a no-obligation account at KippersHobby via the 'Become our customer‘. 
We will create an account for you with which you can access the business prices.

Why put items that are out of stock in the shopping cart anyway?

When the items are back in stock, you will automatically be notified of this provided you place the desired items in the shopping cart.
In addition, we can make an even better estimate for a subsequent order.
Especially if you want large(er) quantities, we can improve the efficiency of our system in this.

Warranty & returns

I have received an incorrect or faulty order. What can I do?

It may happen that a product does not work properly or that you have ordered something wrong by mistake. This is very annoying.
We therefore like to solve this properly and quickly. In all cases, please take contact with us.

We apply the following terms and conditions to all warranty requests:

  • Missing or broken items should within 8 days to be reported after dispatch of your parcel (this does not apply to items with a manufacturer's warranty).
  • Your application is final only after approval from our team.
  • Items may not be returned without consultation.
  • If you are returning items, to avoid misunderstandings, please send this to us stating your customer number, invoice number and the relevant item number(s).
  • For items with a manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's terms and conditions apply. For this you need to contact our team.
