Where can I buy products from Kippers Hobby as an individual?

KippersHobby is a hobby wholesaler that supplies exclusively to retailers.
Do you own a store, online store or are you toying with the thought of starting a store ?
Then we would like to offer you our services, become a customer without obligation.
We refer consumers to outlets.

When will my order be shipped?

We make every effort to get your order ready for shipping within 24 to 48 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays) 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a track&trace code by e-mail as soon as your order is offered to the carrier. This allows you to track the delivery of your order.

How do I access purchasing prices?

You can create a no-obligation account at KippersHobby via the button 'Become our customer‘. 
We will create an account for you that will give you access to business pricing.

Why put items that are out of stock in the shopping cart anyway?

When the items are back in stock, you will automatically be notified of this provided you place the desired items in the shopping cart.
In addition, we can make an even better estimate for a subsequent order.
Especially if you want large(er) quantities, we can improve the efficiency of our system in this.

Warranty & returns

I received an incorrect or defective order. What can I do?

It can happen that a product doesn't work properly or that you accidentally ordered something wrong. This is very annoying.
Therefore, we are happy to resolve this properly and quickly. In all cases, please contact with us.

We apply the following terms and conditions to all warranty requests:

  • Missing or broken items should be within 8 days to be reported after shipment of your package (this does not apply to items with a manufacturer's warranty).
  • Your application is not final until it has been approved by our team.
  • Items may not be returned without consultation.
  • If you are returning items you should, to avoid misunderstandings, send this to us mentioning your customer number, invoice number and relevant item number(s).
  • For items with a manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's terms and conditions apply. For this you need to contact our team.
